Welcome everyone to our end of year blog, what a year it's been!
We're sitting back with a mince pie and hot chocolate with presents being wrapped all around to reflect on a year that has been super busy and filled with lots of different projects, amazing clients, team growth, new offices and much more.
We wouldn’t have it any other way.
We've been so fortunate to continue working and building stronger relationships with our incredible clients old and new who have trusted us to bring their developments to life using our range of 3D solutions.
Many of these relationships have been built over a substantial length of time so to see them improving even more is really great. We love collaboration across different companies and teams and going into the new year we aren’t going to stop being this way, we fully believe in collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Across the year our amazing team has been busy building and delivering brilliant work for our clients that has been used in public exhibitions, videos, online portals, virtual exhibitions, STEM events and even at technology conferences in the Middle East. From the initial teams call to reality we've tackled challenging projects with creativity and expertise, as a team we’re super proud of the work we've done this year and the impact we've made for our clients and stakeholders.
This year we've also welcomed talented new team members who've brought fresh perspectives and energy to our company, Arran and Tori have settled in so well and were contributing quickly to the team dynamic which is a testament to them, we also brought Kai back on board this year after he finished his degree and we're all delighted to have him back his energy and zest for projects is as infectious as ever. The three of them were brought in to support our growing team and ambitious plans.
We moved into a bigger better office space at the Triangle, You’ve probably seen the huge logo at the crossroads in Altrincham. Our dear old office had just become too small and wasn’t working for us as a business, this new space has been specifically designed for us to foster collaboration, creativity and innovation across our team whilst also putting us smack bang in the hustle and bustle in the centre of Altrincham a town we have called home for a long time.
We celebrated the end of the year with a fantastic team get together throwing axes, as you do! eating drinking, being merry, celebrating a fantastic year together.
As we look ahead to 2025, we're excited about the future at 3DW. We're committed to continuing to deliver exceptional results for our clients, pushing our solutions forward with new and innovative tools that are designed to get more from the vast knowledge that is in our team, always looking to improve our offerings to our clients, we’ll keep building a positive and inspiring work environment for our team making 3DW an even better place to work.
We’ll be back on the conference scene in 2025 after a bit of an absence after the covid years, something we’re excited for. We want to push on and hopefully welcome some more new team members at the right point growing our amazing team even further.
