Bio

Arran attended Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) where he completed a BSc in Product Design Engineering and an MSc in Digital Design and Manufacturing. During his studies he developed strong skills in CAD software such as SolidWorks and Autodesk Fusion. During his studies he developed strong skills in project management, sustainability projects, additive manufacturing and immersive virtual reality design using Unity. His interest in both engineering and be being creative drove him to pursue courses that combined these fields allowing him to develop his skills.

He believes post-graduation work experience is crucial for expanding his knowledge especially in 3D modelling. Also working in a collaborative environment will help boost his confidence for future professional endeavours.

Working at 3DW he is excited to connect with the team, learn new tools like Topaz which is our in house 3D modelling package and get the opportunity to visit new places to survey the areas he will be 3D modelling. His goals are to seize every opportunity to grow, both technically and personally, while producing high-quality work and enjoying the process.
