Bio

Ashley is our human resources professional a role which she carries out alongside her duties as PA to Andy Dennison.

She is a vital member of the 3DW team as she makes sure the company is running smoothly with her ability to organise and plan events making sure our team are in the right place at the right time.

She has excellent employee relationship skills and is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace, she regularly develops internal wellness/team building days to assist employees with effective mental health techniques. Ashley has undergone several mental health in the workplace training courses and is 3DW’s designated Mental Health First Aider.
