Camargue are a UK based communications who we’re appointed as lead PR company for Wheelabrator Technologies they approached 3DW after collaborating on another major energy project understanding what we could bring to the proposals. The proposed scheme at Harewood Energy Park (Harewood) is an integrated electricity generating station, on land situated to the south-east of Andover in Hampshire.
Energy from Waste Facilities recovers energy from municipal solid waste in specially designed boilers to ensure complete combustion and the recovery of energy. The steam generated from the process is then used to turn a generator, converting it into electricity which is then fed back into the National grid.
The 3D model was a highly detailed visualisation showing various stages of the development with different designs choices to give local residents a good understanding of the colour, shape and size of the proposed infrastructure and how it would fit within the existing landscape.
Once completed we assisted Camargue/Wheelabrator with their public consultations taking the finished 3D model to various locations around the site to assist with the planning process, gathering feedback and ideas on how the project was developing.
